It is the perfect container size for loading engines, capable of holding 70 to 80 engines depending on their size. However, if many engines have long transmissions (FR), the total number of engines that can be loaded will decrease.
In a 20ft container, we can load 1 to 4 half cuts along with the corresponding parts from those vehicles. Additionally, we can fill the remaining space with other parts. We can also load completely knocked down cars, fitting up to 8-10 vehicles in a 20ft container.
For optimal loading, we start by filling the bottom floor with engines and heavy parts like suspensions, up to a maximum of 30 engines. On the upper floors, we can load parts, nose cuts, or half cuts.
Depending on their sizes, we can load between 400 and 550 tires. We can also load tires with alloy wheel sets.

We can load between 100 and 110 engines. Although there will be significant empty space, we cannot exceed the weight limit by adding more engines. We highly advise fulfilling the vacant area with light components like doors, bumpers, or nose cuts.
It is the ideal size for loading half cut because in a 40ft half cut we have height to load 3 half cuts one under the other. We may load till 12 half cuts and the rest of parts corresponding to the vehicles. We may load also complete cars knocked down, being able to load till 18-20 vehicles in a 40ft container.
To ensure efficient loading, we basically put the heavy parts like engines and suspensions on the first floor, then we load small parts, nose cuts, half cuts, etc. on the next floor as needed.
Depending on their sizes, we can load between 1,000 to 1,350 tires. Additionally, we have the option to load tires with alloy wheel sets.
